新冠肺炎應對安排 COVID-19 Arrangement
- 我們希望為每個參加者提供一個安全的地方。請注意參加者必須在我們的工作室內戴上口罩。如果參加者沒有口罩，我們可以提供有限數量的成人口罩。每個為港幣 10。如果參加者堅持不戴上口罩，我們將不允許進入工作室，不予任何退款。
We hope to provide a safety place for all participants. Please kindly note that ALL participants MUST wear face mask in our studio. If you are not wearing a face mask, we are able to provide a limited number of adult size face masks. The face mask costs HK$10 each. If the participant insists not to wear face mask, he is not allowed to entry our studio and the lesson/session will not be refunded.
- 有關家長需知，請預先提醒您的小朋友在我們的工作室內戴上口罩，我們會建議您為小朋友準備多一個口罩，以備不時之需。
For the parents, please ask your children to wear a face mask in our studio. It is recommended to prepare an extra face mask for them.
- 所有參加者必須進入工作室前量體溫。參加者到達時需在門口把雙腳踩在消毒地毯上，並清洗雙手。
All participants must take body temperature before entering our studio. The participants should step on shoes disinfectant mat in the front door and wash your hand immediately after arrival.
- 如參加者的體溫高於攝氏37度，將不允許進入我們的工作室，參加者可免費改期上堂。
If the participant who has a body temperature higher than 37 degrees Celsius, he is not allowed to enter to our studio. He can reschedule the lesson without any extra charges.
- 如參加者/他們的密切接觸者曾於在過去14天內曾離港，將不允許進入我們的工作室。
If the participant/ their close family members have been traveled outside of Hong Kong in the past 14 days, he is not allowed to enter to to our studio.
- 如果參加者/他們的密切接觸者曾於過去14天內已被確診感染新型冠狀病毒，將不允許進入我們的工作室。
If the participant/ their close family members have been / are infected with the COVID-19 in the past 14 days, he is not allowed to enter to our studio.
- 如果參加者在過去14天至上課前仍處於強制隔離/家居隔離狀態，將不允許進入我們的工作室 。
If the participant is currently under the mandatory quarantine / home quarantine in the past 14 days, he is not allowed to enter to our studio.
- 如果參加者在過去14天內所居住的建築物有新型冠狀病毒確診病例，將不允許進入我們的工作室。
If the participant lives in the building with the confirmed case(s) of COVID-19 in the past 14 days, he is not allowed entering to our studio.
- 家長/監護人請在落堂期間在工作室入口外接小朋友 (親子班學員除外)。
Please pick up the child outside of the entrance of the studio during lesson dismissal (unless the parents join the parent-child lesson).
- 我們不允許任何訪客進入工作室 ( 除參加者、導師或員工外)。
NO VISITORS are allowed (excluding staff, tutors & participants).
- 如果香港特政府因應新型冠狀病毒而收緊限聚令，本工作室將會於合理時間內為參加者重新安排課程。
If the HK government restricts the social distancing, the lesson/session may be required to rescheduled within a reasonable period of time for the participant (s) again.
